Layered Collective: We write, format and design the invitation, set it all up on Greenvelope, and then help you manage the RSVP system.
For the same price as listed below, no hidden fees.

Per family.
You would start by filling out this form.
We receive it once you submit it, and we start working on the invitation.
At the same time, we send you a guest list template if you request it on the form, so you can get started on that.
Once the first draft is ready, we send it over.
When the invite is finalized and the email list is ready, we send over an invoice.
Once the invoice is paid, the invites go out!
Sure, click here to get a feel for what the invites look like. You can choose one you'd like to replicate, or mix and match, or we'll come up with something new!

Some of the above options are available. They each have their own pros and cons.
Email - Personalized invitations for your guests.
SMS - Unfotunately sending invites through SMS is not available.
Whatsapp -
Option 1: General link, non-personalized. You can take this one link and post it anywhere - status, groups, social media.. etc. It just won't have your guests name on the front, but it will ask for their name when they RSVP, so you'll know who used it.
Option 2: Personalized Links. You would send me a list of names and I would send the spreadsheet back with individual links you can then send to each of those guests, either on SMS or WhatsApp.
Yes, we set up invites in a way that it allows guests to choose which part of the wedding they are coming to, as well as the number of invitees attending.
Once the invites go out, you'll get access to the backend system so you can see all the RSVPs come in. You'll be able to make changes, update contact info, and we will guide you around the website for any types of questions you may have.
If you already have a guest list from a previous simcha, we can work with that and you don't need to worry further. (Please avoid PDF or Excel. Google Sheets is preferable. If that is not possible, we'll be in touch and work around it.)
If you're starting from scratch, we will send you a template that is easy and clear to work with.
When you fill out the form to get started, it'll ask which you prefer, and we will go from there.
Start here! Looking forward to connecting.
